We use high-altitude Honduras and Brazilian beans. They arrive at FLUID Coffee in Michigan City, IN unroasted and ready for the probat.

This vintage roaster is a rarity. It is believed to be impeccable at roasting the beans consistently compared to modern day roasters. We agree.

Our Cognition Coffee is roasted at a consistent temperature to ensure both quality of the coffee bean taste and health benefits.

Our coffee is roasted with a professional coffee roaster on site for the whole process. We believe in being as hand-crafted as possible.

Roasting Is Art
The "perfect" time to stop roasting the beans is an art and a relationship with the bean to know when it is ready. Our roasters are artists.

Drop It
Our roasters know when the beans are ready to "drop" and cool. When the beans leave the roaster, they are a refreshing golden brown.

Mushroom Infused
After the coffee beans cool, they are ground, and then infused with wild dried Lion's Mane and Chaga mushroom by hand.

Hand Bagged
After the coffee is infused with the wild mushrooms, it's officially Cognition Coffee! We fill each bag by hand, one at a time.
